For each menu, we offer well-balanced wine pairings, juice menus, and cocktails that elevate the dining experience.
At Restaurant NORDIC, wine is not just an add-on – it’s a natural part of the experience. On our wine list, you’ll find carefully selected bottles with a focus on terroir, vintage and craftsmanship – from silky Burgundy and powerful Barolo to rare champagnes and Bordeaux classics.
We offer, among other things:
- Grand Cru Pinot Noir from Burgundy, including Chambertin and Pommard from Louis Jadot.
- Classic Barolos from Piedmont, Amarone from Veneto, and mature German Spätburgunder.
- White wines from Meursault, Sancerre and Chablis 1er Cru – ideal companions for seasonal ingredients.
- A selection of rare bottles, including 1980 Château Margaux and 1972 Warre’s Colheita Port.
Our team curates the wine pairings with thought and precision – always aiming to highlight flavour, balance and depth in each dish. You can choose between various lengths depending on the structure of the menu.
If you prefer alcohol-free, we offer a juice menu filled with our house-made infusions and extracts – crafted with the same care as our wine pairings. Our cocktail list follows the seasons and offers fresh, balanced flavours.
